History
The Elliott Family is one of the pioneering farming families in the area. The Elliott Apartments were built for the Elliott family in 1969 as an exchange for the farm land in Longmont that is today the Golden Ponds recreation area. The apartments have been continuously owned and operated by the same family since their construction.

Location
Located in the heart of Old Longmont in a single family, residential neighborhood. Mature trees and historic lights line the street.

Apartment Sizes
1 bedroom apartments are approximately 600 sq. feet.
2 bedroom apartments are approximately 900 sq. ft.
3 bedroom apartment is approximately 1400 sq. ft.

Leases
Month to month leases are available but most residents are long term and turn over is low.

Utilities
Sewer, water, electric and trash services are provided by the City of Longmont and each resident has a direct billing relationship with the City. Heat is provided through a central boiler and is included in the rental fee.

Telephone and Cable/TV
Each apartment is pre-wired with Category 3 and Coax cabling and the City of Longmont’s high speed fiber network to allow each resident to choose how and from whom they secure communication and entertainment services.

Laundry
An on-site laundry room is equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers and access is secured and restricted to only residents.

Storage
Each resident is provided a 27 cubic foot storage area in a central location on-site. Access to the storage area is secured and restricted to residents.

Pets
Pets are discouraged, but can be negotiated; usually implying an additional monthly increment to the base rental price.
